We are hiring an experienced Dosa Specialist to join Salkara Family Restaurant in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of dosas with consistent taste, quality, and presentation while maintaining hygiene standards.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: INR 48,000 per month
Accommodation and food provided by the company
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook different types of dosas as per restaurant standards
Ensure proper batter preparation and fermentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation
Ensure speed and quality during service hours
Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations
Working Hours:
12 hours duty per day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?47,000.00 - ?48,000.00 per month
