Dosa Master
skilled in preparing authentic South Indian dosas and related tiffin items. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in dosa batter handling, dosa varieties, and consistent quality delivery in a fast-paced kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of dosas (plain, masala, ghee, onion, rava, etc.) with consistency and speed.
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the dosa station.
Manage dosa batter and ingredients inventory.
Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in South Indian dosa preparation.
Knowledge of South Indian tiffin items is a plus.
Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment.
Commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.
