Job Description

Prepare different types of dosas such as Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa, Ghee Roast, Onion Dosa, Set Dosa, and others as per restaurant standards. Maintain proper consistency and fermentation of dosa batter. Follow proper hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size. Provide excellent service and adapt to customer preferences when needed. Proven experience as a Dosa Maker or South Indian Cook in a restaurant or hotel. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and breakfast items.
