Job Description

Prepare various types of dosas (plain, masala, ghee, rava, onion, set dosa, etc.) with speed and precision Handle dosa batter preparation, fermentation, and consistency Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the dosa station and equipment Prepare accompaniments such as coconut chutney, tomato chutney, sambar, and podi Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are met Manage inventory and report shortages of ingredients or raw materials Assist with overall South Indian breakfast items like idli, vada, upma (optional, based on skillset) Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times

? Requirements:



Proven experience as a Dosa Cook or South Indian tawa chef (minimum 1-2 years preferred) Strong knowledge of dosa varieties and South Indian breakfast cuisine Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak hours Familiarity with kitchen safety and hygiene standards Team player with good communication skills Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, or evening shifts as needed

Preferred (but not mandatory):



Experience in commercial kitchens or hotel chains Knowledge of additional Indian cuisines or regional variations

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?39,000.00 per month
