Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dosas, uttapams, and other South Indian dishes Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation Support senior chefs and assist in smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

Experience in South Indian cuisine / dosa preparation preferred Relevant culinary or kitchen experience Positive attitude, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
