Key Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment in the school dormitory. Act as a guardian and mentor for students residing in the hostel. Ensure students' discipline, hygiene, health, and well-being are maintained. Collaborate with teaching and administrative staff to support students' academic and emotional development. Communicate effectively with parents and school leadership on student matters. Organize and supervise evening and weekend activities.

Requirements:

Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a residential or educational setting preferred. Bachelors degree Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to enforce discipline with empathy and fairness. A high level of patience, responsibility, and emotional intelligence. Fluency in English, Hindi or Marathi is a plus. Candidates must be willing to reside on campus.
