We are looking for a confident, presentable, and result-driven
Sales & Marketing Executive
to promote our event services directly to potential clients and businesses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door and on-ground marketing in target areas including offices, corporate parks, societies, and commercial spaces.
Promote event services and offerings of the company effectively to potential clients.
Generate leads and maintain a database of prospective customers.
Present event packages, explain company services, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Plan and execute local promotional campaigns or brand activations when required.
Follow up with clients for meetings, proposals, and closures.
Work closely with the internal marketing and event teams to achieve sales goals.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a regular basis.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in sales, marketing, or client servicing (preferably in events, hospitality, or related industries).
Candidates with
more than 5 years of relevant experience
will be given preference.
Must be
fluent in English
; proficiency in local languages is an added advantage.
Highly
presentable
, confident, and persuasive communicator.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with on-ground client interaction.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Salary:
Based on merit and experience.

Pay: ₹10,712.36 - ₹35,889.10 per month
