Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Door-to-Door Survey Executive who will visit residential areas to collect basic student information and promote our coaching institute. The role involves interacting with parents, understanding their children's academic details, and explaining our coaching programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned areas and conduct door-to-door surveys. Collect basic information about children such as:

Student's class/grade

>

School name

>

Subjects they are studying

>

Coaching requirements or academic needs

Maintain a polite and professional approach while interacting with parents and guardians. Explain the coaching process, teaching methodology, subjects offered, and benefits of joining our institute. Communicate why our coaching is better, including

Experienced teachers

>

Personal attention

>

Regular tests and doubt sessions

>

Proven results

Answer basic queries of parents related to fees, batches, timings, and admission process. Share brochures, pamphlets, or contact details when required. Record survey data accurately and submit daily/weekly reports to the supervisor. Follow assigned targets and timelines. Build positive relationships and create interest among parents for counseling or demo classes.

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English). Confident, polite, and presentable personality. Ability to convince and explain information clearly. Willingness to work in the field and travel locally. Basic understanding of school education system (classes, boards, subjects). Freshers can apply (training will be provided). Prior experience in field survey/marketing will be an advantage.

Working Conditions:

Field-based job (door-to-door). Fixed area allocation. Performance-based incentives .
