Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Doorman to join our team at Morais Groups. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor, providing assistance as needed
Monitor the entrance and exit of the building, ensuring the safety and security of all occupants
Assist residents with luggage, packages, and other personal items
Manage the flow of visitors and deliveries, ensuring proper protocols are followed
Maintain a clean and orderly entryway, ensuring that all areas are safe and accessible
Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly, coordinating with security and emergency services when necessary
Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management to address any concerns or requests
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to fostering a positive community
