Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Door-to-Door Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, engaging potential customers at their doorstep, and closing sales through face-to-face interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Visit residential or commercial areas and conduct door-to-door sales presentations. Identify and target potential customers within assigned areas. Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing to prospects. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales. Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Handle objections or concerns with confidence and professionalism. Coordinate with the sales team and report progress to the sales manager.

Requirements:



Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence to approach strangers and initiate conversations. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical stamina to walk for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
