Responsibilities:



Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers within assigned territories.

Product Knowledge:

Possess comprehensive knowledge of jewelry styles, materials (metals, gemstones), pricing, and current trends.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Transaction Management:

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business.

Problem Resolution:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and courteously.

Post-Sale Follow-up:

Conduct follow-up calls or visits to ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty.

Record Keeping:

Prepare sales reports, maintain detailed sales records, and manage customer information.

Promotional Activities:

Participate in sales events and promotional activities to drive sales.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on current jewelry trends, new product arrivals, and industry news.

Continuous Learning:

Participate in sales training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Additional Perks:

Travel and meal allowances will also be given to the candidate on a daily basis.
