Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly donation targets.

Promote and sell NGO-branded merchandise (if applicable) to support fundraising goals.

Maintain a minimum conversion rate (e.g., number of interactions vs successful donations).

Educate the public about the NGO's mission, programs, and impact.

Build trust and rapport with local communities to encourage long-term support.

Collect donor feedback and concerns to relay to the NGO.

Submit daily reports summarizing areas covered, number of people approached, donations received, and challenges faced.

Represent the NGO with integrity and professionalism.

Maintain a polite, respectful, and culturally sensitive approach in all interactions Share field insights with the team to improve strategies and messaging.

Stay updated on the NGO's campaigns, programs, and impact stories.

Efficiently plan and cover assigned neighborhoods and locations.

Maximize time in the field to ensure productive interactions.

Preferred candidate profile Energetic and confident graduates/under graduates with passion for sales and good convincing power.
