Job description:Role & responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Assist the sales team in lead generation and customer outreach.- Quotation: Support in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.- Site Measurement: Visit customer sites to gather information, perform measurements, and assess the needs of potential clients.- Customer Relationship: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.- Customer Satisfaction Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Actively seek feedback from clients to improve the customer experience.- Order Booking: Process orders accurately and efficiently once a sale is confirmed. Confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules with customers.- Layout Input: Provide input to the design and layout team based on customer requirements and site measurements.
