Donor Care Executive (Tele calling) 3 Position

Reporting to : Team Leader, Donor Care

Contract type:

Full time renewable two-year contract, including six months' probation.

Salary: 10000 - 22000

Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Hours:

48 hours/week (Mon-Saturday) 2nd & 4th Saturday week off

General Description of post:

About the Role

The purpose of the role is to raise awareness about the organization to people over telephone and inspire them to contribute funds and become financial supporters

/ Responsibilities

Make calls and explain about the cause to members of the public by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance targets Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved. Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the Organization. Record details of opportunities and lead notes. Be a good team player and a gender sensitive co-worker Any other role related responsibility assigned by your line manager
Skills and competencies

Minimum 3 years of experience in tele fundraising. Be a good team player and a gender sensitive co-worker. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, both in English and any regional language.
Desired profile of the candidate

Any graduates or 10+2 with or without nonprofit fundraising experience. Strong attention to detail, relationship building skills and good telephone manners/ etiquette
