Documentation and Compliance
:
o Maintain and manage candidate attendance, often verified by biometric systems.
o Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for batch closure and internal assessments.
o Assist in maintaining documentation for the training center, including equipment failure reports.
o Adhere to all DDU-GKY Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and participate in verification/inspection processes by the Project Implementing Agency (PIA) Q team, State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM), or other monitoring bodies.
Quality and Outcomes

o Implement innovative teaching techniques suitable for a rural audience to enhance learner engagement and retention.
o Ensure the quality of training delivery directly contributes to high placement rates and job retention for candidates.
o In cases of "captive employment," ensure the training aligns with the specific requirements set by the employer for assured placement.
o Continuously improve performance based on feedback and "to-do lists" generated from performance tracking and grading exercises.
