Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication:
Handle inbound calls, addressing queries related to orders, shipping, returns, cancellations, product information, and payment issues for our E-commerce customers.

Issue Resolution:
Diagnose and resolve customer service problems efficiently and empathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction is the top priority.
System Management:
Accurately update customer records and transaction details in the company's CRM/order management systems.
Process Adherence:
Follow defined E-commerce customer service protocols and scripts to maintain consistency and service quality.
Feedback:
Escalate complex technical or logistical issues to the appropriate internal teams for swift resolution.
