?33,000 CTC per month (Approx.)

Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume
inbound and outbound customer calls
efficiently and professionally in both
English and Hindi
.
Act as the first point of contact to address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests regarding company products/services.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information by using the company's resources and systems.
Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively on the first call, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Adhere to all company policies, communication scripts, and quality standards.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics such as call quality, average handling time (AHT), and resolution rate.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of documented experience
in a BPO, Call Center, or Customer Service environment (Voice Process is highly preferred).
Exceptional verbal communication skills in both
Fluent English
and
Fluent Hindi
(non-negotiable).
Minimum educational qualification is Any Graduate .
Strong listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle stress and remain calm while dealing with difficult or challenging customers.
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office and the ability to navigate customer management software (CRM) simultaneously while on a call.
Willingness to work in a 6-day work week environment, which may include rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
