Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume
inbound and outbound customer calls
efficiently, primarily in the requested South Indian language and English.
Provide comprehensive customer support related to E-commerce activities, including
order placement, tracking, delivery status, returns, exchanges, refunds, and payment inquiries
.
Accurately and clearly communicate product and service information to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Use the company's internal systems and
CRM software
to document customer interactions, track issues, and process necessary requests accurately.
Adhere strictly to the defined quality standards, communication scripts, and call handling metrics (AHT, Quality Score).
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Logistics, Operations) to ensure timely resolution of complex customer cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of documented experience
in a BPO, Call Center, or Customer Service role (Voice process experience is highly valued).
Mandatory fluency
in
English
and at least one
South Indian language
(Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam). Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
Minimum educational qualification is Any Graduate or Undergraduate (HSC/12th Pass).
Strong active listening, empathetic, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer literacy and ability to type and navigate applications while speaking with a customer.
Comfortable working in a
6-day work week
environment with rotational shifts and a single rotational off.
