Key Responsibilities
As a Domestic Voice Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary duties will include:
Customer Interaction:
Professionally handle a high volume of inbound and, occasionally, outbound calls from domestic customers.
Query Resolution:
Actively listen to customer queries, concerns, and complaints, and provide accurate, effective, and timely solutions.
Information Delivery:
Provide clear and concise information regarding products, services, or account details in both Hindi and English.
Record Maintenance:
Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Escalation:
Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams (Tier 2 Support) to ensure a swift resolution.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to set call quality, average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.
