Location: Pune

Shift: Rotational Shifts (Day & Night for International)

5 or 6 Days (Depending on Processs)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0-3 years)

Language: Fluent English is mandatory (Hindi or regional languages for domestic process is a plus)

Location Preference: Candidates based in Pune or willing to relocate

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or support

Handle queries related to products, services, or sales

Maintain accurate call records in CRM systems

Meet process-specific performance and quality targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
