Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle

inbound and outbound calls

for the domestic voice process Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving queries Maintain a

high standard of communication and professionalism

Document customer interactions and escalate issues when required Meet performance and quality targets consistently

Skills Required:

Excellent communication in English

(Mandatory) Strong problem-solving & customer-handling abilities Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment
