Job Description

Renewals Executive handles client interactions, solves the customer queries, reminds customers of their insurance policy renewal payments.

Responsibilities:

Reminding clients on policy renewals through email, phone calls, SMS. Follow-up and co-ordinate with necessary departments to deliver solution to the clients.

Requirements:

Experience: 0-2 years (Preferred), Any Bachelor's degree, Should be good in English (Written &Verbal communication), Mail handling.

Benefits & Compensation:

Earn incentives from achieving 95% of targets. Statutory benefits like PF,ESI & Health insurance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
