Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional manner.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Achieve personal and team call handling targets and quotas.
Continuously improve through feedback and professional development.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
