Hiring For : Domestic Travel Sales

Working Days 5 Days
Experience : 1-3 years (preferably in travel outbound telesales)
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided or self-generated leads.-Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel plans to offer customized domestic holiday packages.-Sell packages to popular Indian destinations (e.g., Kerala, Himachal, Rajasthan, Goa, North East).

Follow up with leads to secure confirmed bookings.-
Create detailed itineraries, quotations, and package details based on client needs.

-Maintain accurate sales and customer records using CRM tools.
Requirements:-Strong knowledge of Indian tourist destinations and travel seasonality.-Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales tools.
