Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of travel consultants for smooth operations and high-quality service.

Possess deep knowledge of Indian travel destinations (popular & offbeat).

Build strong vendor networks with 4 & 5-star hotels and transport providers.

Offer competitive pricing for FIT and group travel bookings.]

Handle complete domestic travel arrangements--hotels, transport, and itineraries.

Plan and manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) travel programs.

Ensure outstanding customer service and strong client relationships.

Maintain accurate documentation, adhering to all travel regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven team-handling and leadership experience in the travel industry.

Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.

Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written.

Experience in MICE and corporate travel bookings.

Proficient in MS Office and travel booking platforms.
