Lead the Domestic B2C Tour vertical with a focus on profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Design, curate, and manage a wide range of domestic travel itineraries and holiday packages.
Drive online and offline B2C sales through customer engagement, digital platforms, and retail channels.
Supervise and mentor the domestic tours team including travel consultants, tour planners, and operations staff.
Ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and support teams for execution of tours.
Maintain relationships with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and transportation partners to ensure best pricing and service standards.
Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Forecast business trends and develop innovative travel experiences to stay ahead of the market.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, booking trends, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any relevant field. MBA preferred.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in domestic tours with a strong focus on B2C business.
Deep knowledge of Indian destinations, travel circuits, and consumer travel behavior.
Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and travel booking systems.
Willingness to travel as required.
