JD for Tele calling Executive .

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products or services. Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information. Generate leads, follow up on existing leads, and maintain the call database. Convert inquiries into sales or appointments (as per business requirement). Maintain good customer relations and ensure high customer satisfaction. Record details of interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in CRM/system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Coordinate with the sales or operations team for smooth order processing or query resolution.
