We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven
Domestic Sales Executive
to drive sales and grow our customer base within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new sales opportunities and acquire new customers in the domestic market
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to clients
Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C domestic sales (industry-specific experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach
Willingness to travel within the domestic market as required
Fluency in [Local Language] and English
