Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets in assigned states.
Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and distributors.
Conduct regular field visits for client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Manage and mentor state-wise sales representatives (if applicable).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in domestic B2B/B2C sales, preferably in a field-based role.
Strong network and knowledge of sales operations across multiple states.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (15-20 days a month or as required).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
