Job Summary:



The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing sales of woven polypropylene (PP) sacks; BOPP laminated bags, and related packaging products within the domestic market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and support.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic markets for woven PP sacks and packaging solutions. Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking with distributors, traders, and end users. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and product presentations to clients. Negotiate terms of sales and finalize deals to meet company's profitability targets. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness. Collect customer feedback and provide inputs to management for product improvements. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts. Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (technical or polymer background preferred). 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in

woven PP bags, packaging materials, or plastic products

. Strong knowledge of PP woven sacks, BOPP laminated bags, or related packaging applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to travel extensively across regions for client visits. Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. Number of new clients acquired. Client retention and satisfaction levels. Market share growth in assigned regions. Timely reporting and adherence to company sales processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
