Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling and customer visits to understand and address client requirements.
Follow up on pending payments related to both sales and service.
Achieve sales and service targets in terms of revenue and client visits.
Manage and drive sales within the assigned region.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of pharma companies in the territory.
Educate prospective clients on our equipment offerings through presentations, highlighting key features, benefits, and advantages over competitors.
Handle negotiation, finalization, and closure of deals, including confirmation of terms and conditions.
Ensure follow-ups for purchase orders and advance payments.
Post-PO activities: coordinate drawing confirmation, work order preparation, and Proforma Invoice generation.
Check site readiness and coordinate with the service team.
Collect and manage customer feedback forms.
Represent the company at business promotion events like seminars and exhibitions.
Liaise with HO and production teams for dispatch updates and share the same with customers.
Willing to travel extensively within the North region as per my requirement.
