Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients/customers. Share product and company information clearly and professionally. Maintain and update call records and reports. Follow up with potential leads and support the sales/HR/BD team. Ensure excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements:

Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills. Prior tele calling/telemarketing experience preferred (pharma background will be an added advantage). Basic knowledge of MS Office. Ability to handle targets and build rapport with customers.
