The Domestic Sales Executive / MR will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, chemists, distributors, and healthcare professionals across the assigned territory. The role also involves visiting pharmaceutical companies to generate third-party manufacturing orders and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
pharmaceutical products
to doctors, chemists, distributors, and hospitals within the assigned area.
Conduct
daily field visits
to ensure strong product visibility and availability.
Visit pharmaceutical companies
to explore business opportunities and
collect 3rd party manufacturing orders
.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
set by management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
doctors, stockists, distributors, and corporate clients
.
Ensure
timely collection of payments
and maintain proper account records.
Conduct
market surveys
and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
Participate in
medical camps, product promotion activities, and conferences
.
Submit
daily / weekly sales reports
and maintain field activity records.
Coordinate with
dispatch, accounts, and production teams
for smooth order execution.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Any Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharm preferred).
Experience:
1-5 years in
pharmaceutical domestic sales or MR role
.
Knowledge:
Pharma marketing, product detailing, and third-party business generation.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building ability.
Target-driven, disciplined, and willing to travel extensively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email Reporting).
