The Domestic Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within the domestic market by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of local market trends, customer needs, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives as set by management.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints or issues in a timely manner.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of the domestic sales market
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Result-oriented and self-motivated
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in domestic sales or a similar role (Fresher with strong skills may be considered)
Experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, etc.] preferred
