We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with 3-4 years of hands-on recruitment experience in hiring for IT roles such as QA Engineer, Scrum Master, Software Developer, and Full Stack Developer. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination skills and be comfortable working with ATS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end domestic IT recruitment for mid-level IT positions
Sourcing candidates through job portals, ATS, social media, and referrals
Screening, interviewing, and coordinating technical interviews
Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining ATS data
Working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
3-4 years of domestic IT recruitment experience
Proven experience hiring for IT roles (QA, Scrum Master, Developers, etc.)
Hands-on experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Work Schedule:
Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
