Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and candidate profiles.
Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment updates.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Stay updated with domestic labor market trends, recruitment best practices, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MUST HAVE (3-4) years of experience in domestic recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and candidate assessment techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with ATS, Microsoft Office, and recruitment platforms.
Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
