Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and timelines.
Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
