We are seeking an experienced Domestic Recruiter with hands-on exposure to domestic staffing. The ideal candidate should be proficient in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring timely closure of positions with quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for domestic hiring requirements
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
Ensure quick turnaround time and adherence to hiring quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in recruitment (domestic hiring preferred)
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
Immediate joiners preferred
