Job Summary

We are seeking a

Domestic Non-IT Recruiter

to manage hiring for Non-IT roles such as Admin, HR, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, and other support functions within India.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end Non-IT recruitment

for domestic positions Understand client requirements and job roles clearly Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases Screen candidates for role fit, communication, and experience Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers Ensure timely and quality hiring
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

6 months of experience

in Domestic Non-IT recruitment Experience hiring for multiple Non-IT roles Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines Willingness to work

onsite at Sector 7, Ghaziabad

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience with volume or lateral hiring Exposure to ATS and job portals Client interaction experience
