We are seeking a proactive Logistics Manager to ensure our premium products are delivered seamlessly to our customers across India.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Logistics Manager with a minimum 3 years of experience. You will oversee the entire domestic supply chain--from order processing on Shopify to final delivery at the customer's doorstep. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely deliveries and

minimise RTO (Return to Origin)

through effective courier management.

Key Responsibilities:



Courier Partner Management:

Manage relationships with domestic courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.) and aggregators (like Shiprocket) to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Order Processing:

Sync and process daily orders from

Shopify

and

Zoho

, generating accurate shipping labels and ensuring immediate dispatch.

NDR & RTO Management:

actively monitor Non-Delivery Reports (NDR). Coordinate with customers and courier delivery boys to resolve address issues or unavailability to prevent RTOs.

COD Verification:

Verify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders before dispatch to filter out fake or high-risk orders.

Packaging Oversight:

Supervise the packaging team to ensure fragile items (crystals, glass) are packed securely for road and air transit across India.

Inventory Reconciliation:

Conduct weekly stock checks in Zoho to ensure physical inventory matches the system data.

Requirements:



Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Domestic E-commerce Logistics.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

Shopify

and

Zoho

Inventory is mandatory. Experience with shipping aggregators (Shiprocket, Unicommerce, etc.) is a strong plus.

Operational Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Indian PIN codes, serviceability zones, and transit times.

Problem Solving:

Ability to handle delivery escalations and lost shipment claims with courier companies.

Soft Skills:

Fluent in Hindi and English for effective communication with vendors and support teams.

Work Days:

5 Days a week + Alternate Saturdays.

Timings:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

Location:

On-site at our Gurugram office.

Salary:

?45,000 to ?55,000 per month.
