Job Summary
We are looking for a
Domestic IT Recruiter
who can manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions within the Indian market. The role requires hands-on sourcing, candidate screening, and coordination with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
for domestic (India-based) positions
Understand requirements from
implementation partners and direct clients
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, and role alignment
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
6 months of experience
in Domestic IT recruitment
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
Experience working with
implementation partners and/or direct clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good follow-up and negotiation abilities
Ability to work from
office (Sector 7, Ghaziabad)
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in contract and full-time IT hiring
Exposure to ATS and recruitment metrics
Knowledge of multiple IT skill sets
