Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for domestic IT requirements
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Hirist), LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Close positions within defined TATs
Maintain ATS, trackers, and daily recruitment reports
Build and maintain a strong candidate database
Required Skills:
Experience in domestic IT hiring (freshers to senior levels)
Understanding of IT roles and technologies (Java, Python, .NET, Frontend, QA, DevOps, etc.)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with IT services companies
Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills
