Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitmentincluding sourcing, screening, evaluating, and on boarding candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
Source talent using job portals, social media, referrals, internal databases, and networking.
Conduct initial HR screening, evaluate technical fit, and coordinate interview processes.
Maintain candidate pipelines for multiple open positions simultaneously.
Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets consistently.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills & Experience
4 to 7 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment(Consulting/Staffing background preferred).
Proven ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment*--without feeling pressured, while delivering quality results.
Strong knowledge of IT technologies, job market trends, and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring mandates at once.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and resilience.
