Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Screen candidate resumes and job applications.
Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
Eagerness to learn about the IT recruitment lifecycle and technical roles.
Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced work environment.
Proactive, organized, and motivated to build a long-term career in recruitment.
Compensation & Terms
Annual Package: ₹2,20,000 - 2,50,000per annum (CTC)
Employment Bond: 2 years of service commitment from the date of joining.
