Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work specifically on
Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
requirements.
Source candidates using various platforms like
Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
.
Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Handle multiple open requirements simultaneously.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely delivery on all mandates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of experience in
Domestic IT recruitment
.
Must have prior experience in
C2H hiring
.
Proficient in sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a target-driven environment.
