We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles in the Indian market. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and closing technical positions across different levels and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across India.
Understand client requirements, job specifications, and project expectations.
Source and screen candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate technical understanding, experience, communication skills, and fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary and manage offer-to-joining processes.
Maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Ensure timely delivery of profiles and maintain high standards of quality and turnaround time.
Desired Skills & Requirements
2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment for the domestic Indian market.
Strong understanding of IT roles, terminologies, skills, and hiring trends.
Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
