Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team goals, and hiring timelines.
Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional networks.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS or tracking systems.
Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay up to date with tech industry trends and talent market shifts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a
technical recruiter
, either in-house or agency (freelance or contract experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of software development roles and technical terminology.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fully remote and asynchronous environment.
