Job Overview:



We are looking for a dynamic and driven

Domestic IT Recruiter

to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals for the domestic market and will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle--from understanding hiring needs to onboarding candidates.

Key Responsibilities:



Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies. Source candidates through various channels like job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster), LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability. Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams. Regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process. Manage candidate pipeline, maintain recruitment trackers and databases. Negotiate offers, issue offer letters, and handle pre-joining engagement. Ensure timely closures of open positions and contribute to monthly hiring targets. Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs.

Key Skills & Requirements:



2-4 years of experience in

domestic IT recruitment

(preferably in a fast-paced IT services or product-based company). Strong knowledge of hiring for roles like

Java/.NET Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, Support Engineers

, etc. Proficient in using job portals like

Naukri, Monster

, and professional networks like

LinkedIn

. Familiarity with

ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

and recruitment metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA in HR (preferred, not mandatory). Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
