Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles across domains.
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle - from sourcing to onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines using job portals and networking platforms.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Requirements:
1 year of experience in
IT domestic recruitment

Hands-on experience with
Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
