Leverage LinkedIn groups, communities, and connections to identify and attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
Post job requirements on portals and social media platforms to maximize reach.
Maintain candidate database and ensure regular follow-ups for active and passive candidates.
Stay updated with market trends and new recruitment strategies.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as an
IT Recruiter
(agency or corporate).
Strong sourcing expertise on
LinkedIn and Naukri.com
.
Good network/connection base on LinkedIn with active candidate engagement.
Ability to hire across multiple technologies (Java, .NET, React, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
